Customer's Need
The Scott & White group has a main hospital building in which its medical records are located, as well as the majority of its expensive diagnostic equipment. In addition to this, there are multiple satellite clinic locations, all of which need access to the records and diagnostics in real time. Scott & White was looking for an economically feasible way to create Broadband connectivity between the main hospital and its satellites that could provide the capacity needed to transport such large files quickly and securely.

SKYFIBER was the perfect choice for this situation, as the expense and digging trenches for Fiber would have been out of the question, and Microwave RF was not a valid choice in the Hospital environment. Linking together Optical Wireless Broadband links into our patented mesh architecture; we were able to establish a network that allowed the various locations to share information in real time.
