SKYFIBER’s CTO Samir Sheth to Speak at the 2012 Mobile Backhaul India Summit in New Delhi

NEW DEHLI, INDIA- On August 24th, CTO of SKYFIBER Samir Sheth, will deliver the presentation, “New Approaches to the Wireless Backhaul Challenge” at the Mobile Backhaul India Conference, held in association with the Metro Ethernet Forum. Mr. Sheth has over 25 years of experience in many areas of the telecommunications industry; including RF/Microwave Design, Radar Systems, Fiber Optic Transmission systems, and Optical Wireless. Based in Texas, SKYFIBER is an international provider of Optical Wireless Broadband solutions, and holds 17 key patents pertaining to Optical Wireless Broadband (OWB) / Free Space Optics (FSO) technology.
The 2012 India Mobile Backhaul Summit, run by Cerebral Business, will focus on key challenges facing the Mobile Backhaul market, including backhaul upgrade strategies for mobile operators and how to make backhaul more "intelligent" to cope with the explosive growth of mobile data traffic. This conference brings telecom professionals together to discuss the latest solutions for cost-effectively optimizing and expanding network capacity. In anticipation of the event, Samir Sheth said, “This Summit will include key thought leaders in the Indian telecom industry, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to discuss the unique benefits that Optical Wireless Broadband technology brings to the critical challenge of providing low-cost high-capacity Mobile Backhaul.”
