SKYFIBER’s CEO Gerardo Gonzalez to Speak at the 2012 Small Cells Global Congress in Berlin

BERLIN, GERMANY - On October 30th, CEO of SKYFIBER Gerardo Gonzalez, will deliver the presentation, “A New Approach to Wireless Backhaul” at the 2012 Small Cells Global Conference, held in Berlin, Germany. The Small Cells Global Congress is the only global Small Cell event to focus on the Small Cell ecosystem as a whole. Keynote speakers include the world’s leading operators, such as Sprint, Telecom Italia, Deutsche Telecom, NTT DoCoMo, Virgin Media and many others.
The SKYFIBER presentation will focus on Wireless Backhaul and its critical role in Small Cell networks, and discuss the key technologies that can be used for small cell backhaul. With over 40 years of experience in multiple facets of the telecommunications industry, Mr Gonzalez brings a unique perspective to the backhaul market discussion. SKYFIBER is an international provider of Optical Wireless Broadband solutions, and holds 17 key patents pertaining to Optical Wireless Broadband (OWB) / Free Space Optics (FSO) technology.
The main focus of the 2012 Small Cells Global Conference, run by Informa, is to analyze and discuss the fundamental issues facing future small cell deployments.
