Carlos Cardona holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Puerto Rico majored in RF Communications, started his career in telecommunications in 1995 working for the local telecommunications provider in Puerto Rico since then he has being gaining experience and escalating positions from Field Technician to CTO for a worldwide service provider.

Carlos Cardona founded CJ Communications & Consulting Services in 2005 which serves as a global Sales and Service center for several manufacturers globally.
Carlos Cardona relationship with Skyfiber started in 2009 spearing the African market implementing and deploying Free Space Optics solutions with his team in Eastern and Western Africa.
